The Sustainable Prisons Project (SPP) recently received two unsolicited donations from non-profit foundations.  In October, 2010 the SPP received a $2,000 donation from a foundation based in California that supports projects working to enhance human compassion. In December, 2010 the SPP was awarded $10,000 as a gift from a board member of the Russell Family Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides support for community projects in the Tacoma, Washington area.

We are grateful for these contributions and the continued support shown by communities near and far.
